If you are a US citizen and have seen your fiancé(e) within the past 2 (two) years, you can bring your fiancé(e) into the United States.
Your fiancé(e)’s children under 18 (eighteen) years of age can accompany your fiancé(e).
Prerequisite:
  • You must be a US citizen
  • You and your fiancé(e) must be legally entitled to get married and you and your fiancé must have terminated all previous marriages.
  • You must have met your fiancé(e) within the past two years.
  • You and your fiancé(e) must plan to get married within 90 days upon your fiance(e)’s arrival.
Processing Time:
  • 3 to 6 months to obtain such a visa.
