How to hire us and start the process |

Once the attorney fee contract is signed and payment verified, we will email you and your fiancé or spouse our internally designed questionnaire or we can send the questionnaire to you via any method you choose. These questionnaires are designed specifically in such a way you will not have to write your names more than once throughout the form.

| 2. | The questionnaire package also contains two (2) Limited Power of Attorney forms that authorize us to sign on your behalf on all immigration forms to save valuable time. The Power of Attorney only authorizes the law firm to apply for immigration and visa benefits for you, your fiancé, or your spouse from U.S. Immigration, the National Visa Center and the State Department.

| 3. | Upon receipt of the questionnaires, we will analyze and transfer the information you and your fiancé or foreign spouse have provided to the seventeen (17) different forms required by the United States government for the K-1 (fiancé) and K-2 (child) or K-3 (spouse) or K-4 (child) visa.

| 4. | At this stage of the process we will carefully look for any answers and statements you have given by mistake that may adversely affect the process and remedy the potential delaying items. And, because we are authorized to sign on your behalf, we can sign for you and your spouse and submit the package within three (3) business days upon receipt from you.
